Welcome to Ankara Esenboga Airport. Meet and assist with our guide. After resting a bit, we will be visiting the Ataturk Mausoleum (1881-1938) founding father of the Turkish Republic. After that, we will transfer to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, check in the hotel and resting. Dinner and accommodation will be in the hotel.
*Light snacks will be served prior departure for Cappadocia

Today we visit the incredible Underground City of Kaymakli where early Christians lived secretly in order to survive and keep their faith. Picture stops will be given at the Valley of the Birds and at the foot of the Uchisar Castle. Afterwards we then proceed to the Goreme Valley to visit the rock carved churches hollowed out of volcanic ash. Lunch will be at Avanos Village followed by the famous local pottery and carpet shows allowing ample time for shopping in the afternoon. As the day ends, enjoy dinner then back to hotel for overnight.

Following an early breakfast, we will drive through an interesting landscape where peasants make their living, then have lunch enroute before arriving in Konya. Konya was the center of the Seljuk Empire. After lunch, visit Sultanhani Caravanserai which was used as a hotel for tradesmen during Silk Road. Then we continue to Pamukkale. You will tour the Ancient City of Hierapolis where Calcareous hot springs descending over cliffs have created fascinating travertines in the form of white terrace and basins. After a picture break, dinner and overnight. Dinner and overnight in Pamukkale.

After breakfast, drive to Selcuk to visit House of Virgin Mary on top of Mt. Coressos. Then our memorable visit to Ephesus will begin as well as visiting one of the Seven Churches of Revelation, the Temple of Artemis (One of the Seven Wonders of Antiquity) and the Basilica of St. John, followed by lunch in the township of Selcuk. After lunch we will visit the famous local production center for leather garments whereby after a live Fashion Show time will be allocated for shopping. Drive to Izmir. Visit Laodicea, one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. Then continue to Izmir. After a picture break, dinner and overnight in Izmir.

Following breakfast, we visit Smyrna, one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. Drive to Sardis which is also one of the Seven Churches of Revelation, visit the remains of the church which was built onto the Temple of Artemis and the earliest synagogue built in Asia Minor. After lunch, visit Philadelphia, one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. Transfer back to hotel then dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, proceed to Thyatira; visit one of the Seven Churches of Revelation. Then proceed to Bergama. we will have lunch in Bergama before visiting Pergamon to see the Acropolis, the Temple of Trajan, and the theater both overlooking to the plain of Bergama with a picture break for one of the Seven Churches of Revelation in downtown Bergama, then finally Ancient Medical Center, Asclepion. Transfer to Istanbul. Upon arrival, check in the hotel and resting. Dinner and overnight will be in the hotel.

After breakfast, cruise in MARMARA SEA to PRINCES’ISLANDS, retreats for the Byzantine princes are famous for their beautiful pine woods and beaches. The largest and most enjoyable of the islands is Buyukada. Some of the historical buildings are Aya Yorgi Church and Monastery from 6th century, Ayios Dimitrios Church, Hristos Church and Monastery. After a small tour in the town centre and listening to the history of this lovely island, you’ll have free time to enjoy the beautiful island on your own either shores by renting a phaeton (Horse drawn carriage) until the departure time. Back to Istanbul and free time for shopping in Grand Bazaar. Transfer back to hotel for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast prepare for check-out then proceed to “Old City” for full day tour including the Blue Mosque, famous for its blue tiles and unique with its six minarets built in the name of Sultan Ahmet I. Next, we will have a look at the Hippodrome of Constantinople where horse and chariot races used to take place. Then visit the St. Sophia Museum which is one of the greatest religious and architectural marvels of all times. Spend free time then continue to airport to catch our flight back to Manila.
